Initial Ideas

My first ideas for the Norman on the Road project have been -

• Underwater Scene
• Snow/ Arctic Scene
• Tropical Island Scene

I feel these ideas would create an interesting setting for my animation and i can think of some ideas based on the locations

underwater scene -

 man is scuba diving and finds a rock , it wont budge he tries to move it eventually the rock moved and it a  giant crab

or 

sinking to bottom of ocean , wakes up , panics and then tries to get to the top, blocked by ice, camera rolls up frozen lake and a man is fishing.

snow/arctic scene- 

building a snowman and then it awakens and chases him

wakes up in blizzard freezing looking for a exit, finds a wall, pushes against it and falls out the freezer door

fishing in a hole of ice, and catches a giant fish is ecstatic, it gets stuck and it he goes flying when it pops out

(alt end - it gets stuck and when he pulls the ice cracks and he fall through ice)

tropical island - 

in a jungle, chopping through branches  and plants, steps on a snake and gets bitten end snakes mouth coming at you

laying out in sun relaxing on tropical island, when a bottles washes up, interested picks it up, frantically trys get it open and when it pops open cork knocks him out.

or goes to pick it , bottle says wave, looks up waves, and theres a tsunami coming at him

out of these ideas i think id like to pick the snow / arctic ones because i like the idea of a character falling through ice or a walking through a blizzard, out of these ideas i think the most achievable is the blizzard as i might be able to use aftereffects and some of my other ideas have too much layout and technically difficult for me to actually do in the time given for this project.
